Cross posting

Dex, I now know why you thought my multiply can be accessed again.
I hadn't accessed it for ages but I didn't realize that the cross-post option from blogger was set to active!
I think I remembered cross posting once and then I turned off the option.
Well apparently I didn't.

But now I can FINALLY access multiply again.
TRA must have finally decided that this site does not need to be blocked.

    Do you know that...

It takes about 30 hours to fly to San Diego from Abu Dhabi including all transits?
But it takes about 18 hours to fly there from Singapore?

London, Maldives and Singapore are about equi-time from Abu Dhabi?
As a result of the flight to and transit in Doha for Maldives?
Tunisia is 6 hours away and Hongkong is 8?

Moscow to Beijing is a 7 day train ride passing through Siberia or Mongolia?

Greenland and the Faroe Islands are part of Denmark?

It takes about 10 hours to fly to Johannesburg from Abu Dhabi?
And obviously even longer to get to Cape Town?

Gee.
The world is just too big!

Ephesians 1:18-21

“I keep asking that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, may give you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that you may know him better. I pray also that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in the saints, and his incomparably great power for us who believe. That power is like the working of his mighty strength, which he exerted in Christ when he raised him from the dead and seated him at his right hand in the heavenly realms, far above all rule and authority, power and dominion, and every title that can be given, not only in the present age but also in the one to

Turn Back Time

Give me time to reason,
Give me time to think it through
Passing through the season,
Where I cheated you

I will always have a cross to wear,
But the bolt reminds me I was there

So give me strength,
To face this test tonight

If only I could turn back time
If only I had said what I still hide
If only I could turn back time
I would stay for the night.
The Time Traveller's Wife

I bought this book because I saw it going at 3 for 2 in Borders, and the synopsis just looked, interesting. And I couldn't put the book down.
A guy who time travels due to his genes, he meets his wife when she was 6 and he was 30-smthg. And when she was 20, and he was 28.
Sometimes the time travel episodes jump about, but then, slowly, things fall into place, and you realize what happened when it happened.
I didn't really expect the ending though. Budden again, I didn't noe wat to expect either.
But it IS definitely a page turner.

Before the throne of God above

Before the throne of God above
I have a strong, a perfect plea,
a great High Priest whose name is Love,
who ever lives and pleads for me.
My name is graven on His hands,
my name is written on His heart;
I know that while in heaven He stands
no tongue can bid me thence depart,

When Satan tempts me to despair,
and tells me of the guilt within,
upward I look and see Him there
who made an end to all my sin.
Because the sinless Savior died,
my sinful soul is counted free;
for God the just is satisfied
to look on Him and pardon me,

Behold Him there! The risen Lamb,
my perfect, spotless righteousness;
the great unchangeable I AM,
the King of glory and of grace!
One with Himself I cannot die,
my soul is purchased with His blood;
my life is hid with Christ on high,
with Christ my Savior and my God.
